What a ForgeQM trial covers
ForgeQM is welding and coatings quality management software for fabrication shops, welding coordinators and inspectors. It holds the records a job has to hand over and supports AS/NZS, ASME, AWS and ISO procedure paths. The available automated checks vary by standard and ForgeQM identifies items that still require competent review.
- PQR, WPS and WQR/WPQ registers, with supported links between qualification records
- Qualification guidance, test requirements and production NDT prompts where the selected standard path is implemented
- Welding and coating inspection reports, including dew point and dry film thickness
- ANVIL joint diagrams, pass sequences, and heat input, preheat and carbon equivalent calculators
- Project QA with a weld register, weld mapping, ITP and MDR compilation
